Dennis Juhl and Frederik Østeraa are the chefs and owners of the brand new Restaurant Textur in Aalborg Denmark.
Their partnership started at Ruths hotel Gl. Skagen where they teamed up as head chef and sous chef bringing Ruths gourmet and Ruths Brasserie to new levels.
I have had the joy working with them at Ruths in the past and now at Restaurant Textur. I'm looking forward to an inspiring journey.
